Helping homeowners make smart, informed decisions one inspection at a time.

Meet Lucas Love

I’m a husband and father of two, and my family and I are proud to live and work right here in the Wabash community. After spending years in the trades, I developed a strong appreciation for how homes truly work—and an even stronger interest in helping homeowners understand them. That passion led me to the inspection side of the industry.

I am a state-certified septic installer and inspector, a licensed home inspector, an Infrared Imaging inspector, and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI). These credentials allow me to evaluate homes beyond the surface, identifying issues that others may overlook and providing clear, practical insight homeowners can trust.

Motivated by seeing friends, family, and local homeowners underserved, I decided to take responsibility into my own hands and begin inspecting professionally. My goal is simple: to provide honest evaluations, clear communication, and reliable guidance—so homeowners can make confident, informed decisions.

I stand by absolute business integrity, peace of mind, and reliability in every inspection I perform. Our mission is simple, to help homeowners make smart, informed decisions, one inspection at a time.

WE'VE got you covered!
